Now take a look at the Richard Allen trial. No DNA, no blood in car, clothes, house, knives. Because he didn't remember the exact time he was there the first time talking to detectives he was placed in a prison max security (one of the worst in Indiana) solitary confinement for 13 months. Delphi Indiana needs to be investigated. They destroyed this mans life physically, mentally, emotionally, fiancially. He is now a brain damaged man who was injected with Haldol until his eyes bulged out. This should not be happening in America. What I learned, never call in a tip line and say you were somewhere, anywhere near where a crime was committed. That is another reason Rick Allen is innocent. What unaliver is going to call in a tip line and place themselves at the scene of a crime? None!

@@VioletJoy not without an attorney present, that's absolutely correct. Because 99.9% of the time, whether the evidence warrants it or not, the significant other of the missing/murdered person will be the first person authorities look at. Not only that, but they will likely make the same mistake they always do, and start off with the assumption that the partner is guilty and try to gather evidence to support that claim. As opposed to, say, gathering evidence from every credible source and THEN following that information wherever it leads.

I was the babysitter - this day lives forever in my mind - we understand that George violently did this, but from my conversations with him that night and the next day, I know the boyfriend isn’t innocent either. When on trial I was not allowed to speak about the boyfriend at all. So a bit of information has been left out.

Very upsetting story. A woman goes out for some fun with her friends. It ends with chaos and she never came home again.

How nice of him to leave his girlfriend and not answer her calls. She’d be alive if she wasn’t in a relationship with this clown

If he was so broke that he couldn’t pay a $100/week rent, how does the family got $269,000 from him. It didn’t sound like he had any assets. That’s confusing.
