    I love this! It is the perfect bit of movement to add into my work day. I'm just beginning my fitness journey, and part of that is doing small things like this. It helps me feel successful and motivates me to continue to find ways to be active during my day.

    I love this woman! Such a good idea for a couch potato like me to get going, using this non-intimidating quick workout. I feel so successful having done this! And this is just the start. 😌 THANK YOU

    I try to work our for an hour each day and I did an 18 min video and a 40 minute video so I tried this 2 minute video to hit 1 hour! Thank you!!
