I tried this routine out. It did help with the fatigue quite a bit but it left my heart running so fast to the point that it gets uncomfortable. Maybe I just don’t get enough exercise?
Great job for giving it a try, @3setsofdrums! 👏 It's completely normal to feel your heart rate increase, especially if you're easing back into exercise. It might help to start with a slower pace or take more breaks, and gradually build up your endurance. Listen to your body, and over time, you'll find a rhythm that works for you. Keep it up! 💪
