Amtrak Hiawatha Northbound with LA Metrolink Bilevels in tow

While waiting for a Metra train, I caught the Hiawatha as it departed union station. on the rear were 3 Metrolink Bilevel coach cars used by LA commuter rail. I do not know why these cars came to Chicago, but they were surely dead in tow. No lights, and placed behind the engine. Weird.

The reason why the Metrolink cars came to Chicago is they were on their way to Milwaukee to get overhauled.
