    I love Anna and her videos. Her videos aren't clickbait and titled like: "GET SPLITS IN ONE DAY!" Instead they are like: "Daily ______ routine" and that makes newbies not feel bad about not being flexible as Anna or the people they see on TV!

      Yeah that’s really true you can’t get splits or any stuff in a day it needs at least 2-3 weeks like mine

      @@raegan06 at first sorry for the late reply and second don't worry if you skip 1 or 2 days just start it again and don't give up you know in January 2021 i can't even touch my toes but now i can do splits , over splits , backbend , teardrop backbend , almost a niddle and it was so tough for me even everyone make fun of me but i didn't give up and now I'm so flexible so DON'T GIVE UP

    I can't do this stretch routine everyday, unfortunately, but I'm gonna try to do it Monday's, Wednesdays, Friday's, and Saturdays.

    Thank you so much dear Anna. I really can’t tell you how much change have you brought in my life. I’m an obese girl with height just as yours and an year younger than you. I was really under confident about myself and used to believe that I won’t be ever able to get a nice, strong and flexible body. But you have greatly changed the things for me. I’m much stronger and flexible right now and can do splits, backbends, scorpion and all !!! Instead of bullying me of my body, now the people around me are motivated for their fitness !!! Because why not, if an obese girl can do this than every one can. Thank you sooooooooo much Anna for this wonderful change in me.🥰

      @@annamcnulty Hi Anna I got my splits after 3 or 4 hours when I try to do splits I can't do splits, the next day I should repeat the stretches then only I can do splits again the same can you say why during the premiere I couldn't read the full message during premiere live chat so can you type it one more time

    Anna McNulty I just want you to know this if you see this comment.. You are my inspiration. You've been it for so long. Half a year to be honest. And the results are amazing thanks to the videos that helped me with stretches and excersises. I never want to go back to being the old inflexible easily sore and non athletic version of myself.     Thank you so much for everything that you have done 😊. I go in a ballet school and everyone told me that I have to be more flexible, so I started doing your stretches. I was doing them for whole summer break. Before, I wasn’t able to do my splits. Now, I can do an over split!!! I just have to exercise for the middle splits and back stretches. You are just perfect and cute and beautiful and I don’t know what else to say!!!💕❤️🌸😊💝 Thank you so much for reading my comment too!!!     I started this after years of me being flexible (I'm 22 but I stopped stretching and doing yoga years ago) and couldn't do the first move properly (felt like a failure). End of the video and I tried the first move again, and yhe stretching was deeper my knees were almost touching the mat and I could hold it for a few seconds. I love this girl's videos. They work.

    Thank u Anna I made sooooo much progress from an over split to a even better over split and I wouldn't even need to go to gymnastics anymore because I make soooo much more progress at home with a simple video that I won't have to rush with and maybe even make a lot of progress on what I'm working on🌸🌸🌸

    Other youtubers: if you do this routine for 5 days you will become a contortionist
    Anna:if you follow along for atleast a month you will get positive results and always feel free to follow after the month to improve even more

    Hey Anna I know you probably wont notice this but you have been a HUGE inspiration to me this whole year and last year. You have defiantly motivated me and I’m defiantly becoming more and more flexible thanks to you! You’ve also inspired me to make every day productive and make the day count.     dear Anna I'm only nine and I have dreamed of becoming a ballet dancer. I've been practicing ur vids. And from then on LOVED THE VIDS AND U!!!!!! anyways lets get to the point. I always admired u and done ur vids ever since I saw ur first. I've almost got my splits, backbend, and I can put my head to my knees!!!!!! (mom said real ballerinas can do that) I hope I get into a ballet school soon!!! not SAB but hopefully later. LUSM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (hope u reply!!!!!)

    I just wanted say that I am super excited to be doing this everyday, I was never flexible but It’s my dream to become flexible and after seeing so many transformations it really motivated me! So far, this is my second day and I can’t wait to see the results!!
