Wow! I was just working my hip flexibility this week and last week I was emphasizing the splits. I don’t quite have them down to the ground yet, but I’m like within 11 inches of actually doing it! Perhaps this new challenge will get me there? Love you much and happy Independence Day!🇺🇸

Revisited your channel and tried out this challenge today. As a boy, I was doing good when I had motivation to do this. I had a slight over-split, now I can't reach the ground. I've grown bored of the flexible life and I'm looking forward to regain my flexibility back!
Hi Anna i decided to do your stretches today, and I am not a gymnast, or something, but I got some flexibilities and I can do the split, but not the middle splits. And today when I tried doing the split at 8:23 I was finally able to do it with my legs really stretched that almost looked like a middle split and I was touching the ground too, so thank you for that.

Hey Anna! Loved this! Really felt a stretch and was super easy. I think u should do intermediate stretches for splits since these are a bit too easy for some people. In January 2024, I stopped my gymnastics training since little kids that were like 3 were still learning the basics. But I still love gymnastics and will continue to do different stretches in ur channel if I don’t feel like doing cardio that day! Cuz I also like cardio. But sometimes,I just wanna wake up,relax and do something easy but helpful and enjoyable at the same time. Thanks 🎉❤

I’ve been doing your middle and side split routine every week alternatively for about two and a half months, I’m excited to include this routine since it has both middle and sides! I just tried it and it is so intense but I hope to get more results🤍

I have now been doing these stretches for 8 days and there's alr a big improvement I alr had my right split which I can now do a 2 yoga blocks overspent but I've never had my left split and now it's like 5 cm away from the ground and in the beginning it wad like 25cm away from the ground
