Anna, I’m the only person in my dance class who doesn’t have their right split, or just flexibility on their right leg in general (I’m a leftie with flexibility) Because the majority is righty, flexibility tricks (like the splits) are always right side. Your stretch routines are really helping my right leg though, and I already see so much improvement. Thank you, Anna!
Same with me but for my left! Because I'm always doing things on my right side so I don't have the middle splits since it's uneven in flexibility. Just only stretch on your weaker leg until they are even

@@iHeartBratayley it's easier to get your left and right splits first. I got my left and right splits when I was 4, it was pretty easy. But I've never been able to do the middle splits yet. But you definitely do not need your side splits to do the middle.
When you were mentioning front splits I was like:” I can’t do the front splits!” But when I tried doing the modification , my feet slipped and I were in the front splits! I started to feel comfortable with it,and realised, I got the front splits!!!!!!!!!!! Love you Anna!❤❤❤

day 1: stretches made my leg hurt day 2: didnt hurt as much day 3: didnt hurt at at all day 4: got to the advanced version of all the stretches day 5: got my splits day 6: maintaining my splits and flexibility day 7: can stay in splits for longer day 8: doesnt hurt as much when im in the splits day 9: can hold my splits even longer day 10: getting easier to slide into splits from standing day 11: stretches dont hurt at all anymore and i can do them with ease (i still feel the stretch tho ofc) day 12: can now easily slide into splits from standing (using hands to help me a bit tho) day 13: trying to slide into the splits from standing with no hands day14: didnt make that much progress day 15: slid into splits with no hands day 16: became much easier to slide into splits with no hands day 17: whenever i did the splits it didnt hurt as much day 18: improving my splits even more day 19: getting easier to go into the splits day 20: started only doing one leg stretching video day 21: everything was the same day 22: didnt need to stretch anywhere near as much to be able to do the splits day 23: only really needed to do 2 or 3 stretches before i could easily do the splits day 24: the splits are so easy now day 25: able to stay in splits for longer day 26: nothing really changed

After a while you will start to improve. It's okay to take a day or two off if your sore. This is a quote that I always keep in mind when I stretch. "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."

Anna you are the best I have always been flexible but you are making me so much stronger and I have been doubting myself for the last couple months, but you just made me more confident I quit gymnastics when I was six years old and now I’m eight shows two years ago I quit gymnastics because the coaches were too strict but now I got back in to gymnastics and I found out that they were not trying to be mean they were just trying to help, but this is your decision Anna if you keep making videos, you’re just gonna make me more confident in myself, and I would really love that but the truth is it’s you you are making me more confident you are making me more flexible you are making me stronger. I had my split in my right leg and almost left leg and than my school dance teacher who has no idea what she’s doing told me to do my round off split without being stretched I pulled a muscle in my right leg and lost a ton of flexibility in it and now my left leg is more flexible everytime i try to do my splits or stretch my right leg I get sharp pains I’m trying to get my flexibility back now bc it stopped hurting I’ll update yall

Hi Anna idk if you’ll see this but I hope you do! Several months ago I injured myself, I stopped stretching till it was better (about 2 months) was ready to get back but every time I tried I have 0 motivation and just couldn’t do it! I really hope you can give me some tips on starting back! Maybe this vid will get me back started! I also would love another standing back tuck tutorial! Plzzz do more stretching routines! Lysm Anna!
