    Anna, I’m the only person in my dance class who doesn’t have their right split, or just flexibility on their right leg in general (I’m a leftie with flexibility) Because the majority is righty, flexibility tricks (like the splits) are always right side. Your stretch routines are really helping my right leg though, and I already see so much improvement. Thank you, Anna!

      Same with me but for my left! Because I'm always doing things on my right side so I don't have the middle splits since it's uneven in flexibility. Just only stretch on your weaker leg until they are even

      @@probablyprin I’m working on all 3 splits atm, do you know if it’ll be easier to get my left and right splits if i get my middle splits first or will it make no difference 😂

      @@iHeartBratayley it's easier to get your left and right splits first. I got my left and right splits when I was 4, it was pretty easy. But I've never been able to do the middle splits yet. But you definitely do not need your side splits to do the middle.

    When you were mentioning front splits I was like:” I can’t do the front splits!” But when I tried doing the modification , my feet slipped and I were in the front splits! I started to feel comfortable with it,and realised, I got the front splits!!!!!!!!!!! Love you Anna!❤❤❤

      @@chloelee2499 Hi, I started stretching about 8 months ago. I know it seems like a long time, but if you make it part of your daily routine it won't be as hard. After a while you will start to improve. It's okay to take a day or two off if your sore. This is a quote that I always keep in mind when I stretch. "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."

    I was just trying to do splits for about a month but didn't seen any improvement but today was awesome I fell so flexible and I suddenly improved a lot so best wishes for me and the people trying to get the splits...I'll keep you all updated.

    i’m doing this leading up to new years! ( + more if i don’t get my splits)
    DAY 1 : ✅ I have finished this and a couple of other videos, i feel my back leg stretched and my front leg not so my (in the splits) not too hard because i’m a little flexible!
    DAY 2 : ✅ I found it a little easy but just hurts and is quite sore from yesterday! update tmrw
    DAY 3: ✅ i am close to the splits and more closer to the middle splits than the front ! it didn’t hurt too much but it felt nice!

    I had my split in my right leg and almost left leg and than my school dance teacher who has no idea what she’s doing told me to do my round off split without being stretched I pulled a muscle in my right leg and lost a ton of flexibility in it and now my left leg is more flexible everytime i try to do my splits or stretch my right leg I get sharp pains I’m trying to get my flexibility back now bc it stopped hurting I’ll update yall

    Anna I'm a young dancer and gymnast who has been dancing since they were 3 and doing gymnastics for around 6 months and I'm a level 2 gymnast who is quarter the way until level 3 so these stretches will really help me get to level 3!

    Hi Anna be I am 11 turning 12 In December I don’t do any sports like cheer or gymnastics so I’m completely self thought and you helped me sooo much! THANKS, I started stretching around March 2022 and before then I could not do the splits etc and you helped me get all my splits, back bend,

    Ok! i decided to do this i wil lupdate everyday
    Day 1- i could only do beginner stretches, very painful and i feel sore.
    Day 2- no difference of course, but i feel a little less sore than last time
    Day 3- i could listen more and i managed to get more stretches right! also i feel like i can go a little bit farther on some

    Anna you are the best I have always been flexible but you are making me so much stronger and I have been doubting myself for the last couple months, but you just made me more confident I quit gymnastics when I was six years old and now I’m eight shows two years ago I quit gymnastics because the coaches were too strict but now I got back in to gymnastics and I found out that they were not trying to be mean they were just trying to help, but this is your decision Anna if you keep making videos, you’re just gonna make me more confident in myself, and I would really love that but the truth is it’s you you are making me more confident you are making me more flexible you are making me stronger. I love you and thank you so much.
