I'm running my 3060 Ti with a 12600K at 1080p, and I have very little to no problems with bottlenecking. My 12600K isn't even overclocked and it still fully utilities my 3060 Ti in the vast majority of scenarios!
It doesn't make any sense youre prefectly fine, maybe a 5600 or 5700x, you will spend less and it will be more power efficent but, if you wanna get a 5800x3d, at least get an rx 6800 or higher.

If you get a better processor you can swap a graphics card with a 5060-5070 or smth like that in the future w/ out replacing the processor(if it's AM5) or the entire pc(if it's Intel/AM4)
Not exactly because games prefer stronger single core than more cores. So if you get a ryzen 9 you will have more cores but same single core performance and you will still have to upgrade to a newer cpu in the future
i use an i3 10100F with rtx 3060 TI on 4K TV and i never use 1080P and i hate it most of the games i play are demanding but it goes pretty well on 2160p 4k =70% of my games the rest 30% on 1440P everything is just fantastic when is well optimised now i am buying I5 11400F to check if there is even more happines my mobo pretty cheap too MSI H510M A PRO potato i dont think so i am satisfied with the quality of my potato

for 1080p and even higher, excluding 4k, 5700x is more than enough for the 3060ti. I have a 2600x with a 3060 ti and I can play pretty much anything in high/ultrahigh between 60/75 fps and more.
I used 12400f with 3060ti but now i changed to i5 14600kf bc the cpu bottlenecks in esport games like valorant or in specific situations like a plaque tail requiem in the city or by the rats.
yes the higher the resolution the less it needs the cpu but I feel like the 5800x is a tad overkill for a 3060 ti at 1080p I use a 3070 and 5600x at 1080p and its totally fine. because the 3060 ti is a bit more budget friendly I would suggest a 5600x or 5700x regardless of 1080p/1440p

No, you get Zen 4 for its upgrading room. Because while GPU can be swapped pretty easily, CPU,MO,RAM cannot be changed individually most of the time (unless you go with Zen4 which offer continued support to Zen6 and further). A CPU can last you 10 years on average before going obsolete, most change GPU at least 2 times within the 10 years. You don't want to be stuck with a unupgradable CPU by the next time you change GPU.

Don't listen to those advice you hear in shorts or tiktok. Getting your pc is all depend on your upgrade cycle. If you plan to get upgrade or build a new pc every 7 to 8 yr (even 10 year) go with the few highest cpu choice at current time of the upgrade because cpu are not easily upgradable and required window reformatting. And tend to have new socket every 2 to 3 years so bottleneck your gpu is better to be bottle neck your cpu. And also buying cheapest or lower cpu offer. Your cpu will be bottle neck in few years due to how gpu get more powerful every 2 to 3 years. So ya alot easier to just replace gpu then cpu

Higher resolutions are more gpu intensive so the cpu choice matters less and less the higher resolution you go i.e. you could pair a ryzen 5 3600 with a rx 7900 xtx and still the most out of your gpu at 4k.
It honestly depends on which video game you’re going to play if it’s a very CPU heavy game having a better CPU even playing at 10:80 P is going to be a benefit so this is not necessarily one shoe fit soul answer

Get yourseld a cheap b450 motherboard and a r5 2600 combo , should be less than 100$ if you find a good deal And for a gpu get yourself a rx 570 or 580 Make sure you get the 8GB version tho , so thats another 100$, ram is very cheap , i sold 2 x 4GB ddr4 sticks for 14$ last week , so maybe you can find someone that sells in that range too. I have a shit cpu I had a r7 but I fried it so bought a cheap Ryzen 5 2600 apparently a gtx 1080 bottlenecks it but my cpu usage is usually around 80% when using a Rtx 3060 and it’s usage is usually about 60% so there may be a bottle neck when the gpu usage is higher but the only game it’s had a bottleneck on is rdr2 the gpu sits about 70%-80% the cpu starts maxing out it’s usage but I’d say that’s not bad for a cheap cpu that’s all on 1080p tho 2k or 4k would definitely bottleneck

If you wanna upgrade, you can't go above an Rtx 3060 since your CPU a little on the older side and gets beaten by the new i3's easily.

A 3600x ran my 3060ti just fine kept my 144hz 1080p monitor at 144fps on most games. It it didn’t, it was the gpu and not the cpu.
