Rear diff covers were often painted white (especially British ) as a convoy marker i believe.

First seat you grabbed is a split back early one. I'd love to get that off of you. Need one for my 1941 slat grill MB.

That looks like a Ford engine. Those bullets look to have been fired. They may have been fired at the jeep that the motor came out of.
You damn near have enough parts to assemble a complete chassis suspension and drive train The body can almost be made from scratch Nice work boys
you can buy a brand new ex army jeep body from Indonesia for quite a good price a nz friend of mine bought one and i was realy impressed ask google
