I just made this with some modifications for what I had available (anchovysauce instead of oyster sauce, red onions instead of shallot, white onion greens instead of green onion, Siracha instead of red chilli flakes, and double onion in place of mushroom) and it was so good. ❤️ Thank you for the recipe!
NasikaSakura Thanks for giving me confidence that this would be good with substitutions! Just used the general idea with glass noodles, and it was a hit.
@daisy, I had the same issue. From this video I can see that after 5 minutes these noodles are harder. Probably it depends on the brand. My noodles were super sticky and softer, after 5 minutes. Next time I will do 3 minutes

What about salt? You didn't add it I guess.

But you can always salt something afterward
Light soy sauce is salty enough

It happens sometimes, no worries. Use kitchen tongs, grab some, shake and spread as you cook. That’ll help them not getting stuck. Hope it helps.

My recipe is similar but I use housin sauce instead of oyster and add ginger powder to it 😊

Im not sure about keto, but I would make sure to buy mung bean noodles instead of rice noodles.
I know why you guys use so less.... Small country ... Cautious use of certain veg and more use of certain sea, egg and other ingredients
