Mami, seriously I wish you live near me. Talking with you will be so pleasurable. Cooking with ginger garlic has become a common thing these days, and I really feel guilty sometimes after consuming those in my dishes. Because at my amma place I was eating our traditional Brahmin style dishes and after marriage enga mamiyar aathula not much of Brahmin style dishes at all, have to live with onions almost all days 😭 I am now infact changing it little by little, making my husband get used to living without onions also and yet enjoy tasteful, heavenly dishes.
