I was told by an ayuverdic doctor that if you want to gain weight I should drink water sipping it through the day and to drink with food and not half hour before or after food. Is that right?? What you mentioned in your video is that for people who need to lose weight and drinking before and after food and not drink while eating???
For losing weight the recommendation is drinking water before the meal, so your stomach is with less food. For gaining weight is the other way around. Avoid drinking so much water before the food.
