Yep... it not like you change your sitting position daily, do it ones and you can drive eternally
1. To save the seat setting so that the seat could extend back to help you get out of the car. And come back to the right position when you in the car.
2. There are time we have to adjust seat on the fly and it’s extremely dangerous to move the bottom slider of the seat.

This McLaren is engineered exactly how you would want an exotic sports car to be built. Straight forward, to the point. Not a daily driver. No heavy extra nonsense weighing the car down like power seats. And most importantly all of the technology focused on the driving experience. Plus, I think it has plenty of storage for what you will want to use it for.

This car IS engineered to be a daily driver, in fact it competes with a 911 turbo, Audi R8 and honda nsx (technically the nsx competes with 570s but ehh tomato, tomahto)

Great video - so I rolled the dice and got a 570GT now about 3 year ago and so happy with the car! And ive been lucky enough to also now own a brand new 911 992 GTS. They both compliment each other so well as stable mates.

Hi Doug, I helped developed many of the electrical features on this car, it's great to see some recognition for some of my work! FYI the 12v socket in the front luggage compartment is actually where you plug the 12v trickle charger, though it does work as a supply too.
This is one of your best videos for two reasons: 1) You are reviewing a cool car. 2) The video isn't too long. I really like your videos that last 10-25 minutes.

my dad has a 570s with power seats. the one quirk with them is that the controls are on the side of the center console. u have to cram you hand down the side of the seat and hope that your pressing the right button. i have spent 5 minutes just trying to get my seat to the right position.
