@@KooperSalmo technically yes, the 1st & last clips were a rainfall shower head. Through the video u were messing with a normal generic shower head do yeah, it was 2 different ones..
OMG...for years I've been buying expensive shower only to have the same problem; low water pressure. Saw your video and went straight to my shower. Problem solved. Lol, as soon as I took that piece out, reattached the shower head and jumped right into the shower. It was heaven. Thank you so much.
Water flow isnt the same as water pressure is it? For example on a hose. When you hold it normal, the water comes out normal. But when you put your thumb on on the hose, it reduces water flow but increases pressure

I have that same exact shower head in the thumbnail and was hoping you would show how to fix that one Edit: btw, if you have this shower head, the reason it doesn’t work is because the water pressure is 1.8 gpm which is SUPER low. This is what they’re trying to make all the shower heads like in this country, starting with California.

This is the first thing I do to every now faucet/water fixture that I buy.
It actually worked hahaha more than doubled my pressure

What do u do if its not shower the head and still low water pressure after u removed shower head?

what are the disadvantages of doing this? Would the shower holes be blocked faster?

Do u have well water or do u think your shower head holes could be clogged try a new shower head maybe just a $10 one to see if it solves the problem
