The US doesn't 'arm' Israel. Israel arms itself. Israel actually makes many of its most important weapons systems, like the Merkava main battle tank. Israel does this because the US, UK and France tried to threaten to embargo selling tanks to Israel when Israel needed to defend itself from Arab aggression in 1967 and 1973. The money the US spends in Israel is R&D money that the Israelis charge in order to co-develop and/or improve US weapon systems. For example, Israel took the Patriot Missile system, modified and improved it to produce their Iron Dome missile defence system. Now, the US has the option to buy Iron Dome or David's Sling systems from Israel. As for the US not participating in the Middle East, Ukraine and Taiwan, well, you'll get a VERY much more dangerous world if the US decides to just let Iran take over the Middle East, Russia to take over Europe and China to take over Asia. That's a very stupid thing to do, that will have extremely dangerous consequences for the US, too.
Colonel Wilkerson reminds us that TRUTH has no party or philosophy.
