You need to contact your leasing office and tell them about your downstairs neighbor’s complaints.
Let them know that although you think her complaints are baseless you are trying to walk lighter. But you don’t know what else to do.
Depending on their response she may be a big problem! If they appear unhelpful then put everything in writing and send it them.
It sounds like she complains a lot and needs to move to an upstairs apartment or buy a house! 🤷‍♀️
