I share my nursing journey too and I’m not even in nursing school yet and one thing I’ve learned is that, life is not a linear way up. There are lots of learning curves and highs and lows, especially when you’re just starting out. Don’t feel bad, don’t feel guilty, you are learning and growing and all that matters is that you’re happy. Mistakes and lessons will be learned, and that is life! We have the luxury of learning and making mistakes because that means we’re growing. I wish you nothing but that best and prayers for your grandma. I’m glad to see that you are back. Your journey is so relatable to what I’m experiencing now. I’m just trying to find a better state and also facility to go to. When I graduated in summer 2022 I went straight to psych nursing and I recently tried ER at a hospital, I honestly wanted ICU but I’m just trying to figure out the best state/facility to go to for learning nursing skills. Psych is still my passion. But I really want to learn the nursing skills.
