Man the biggest thing I hated about college was having to work my part time job. Literally ruined any opportunity for extracurriculars. Join a club, an extra class, research, etc would always be met with: “cant, gotta work”. Im not blaming them but I would always think how nice it would be to actually focus entirely on my studies and/or enjoy college life without having to make money.
I work full time and taking 15 credits this semester. I have literally no time to socialize, attend events, or participate in any clubs. I'm grateful I can afford college, but sometimes I also wish I could have a normal university experience.
But in reality, just remember most students are in huge debt and their going to face that burden once they graduate.

Both the lifestyles have their own way of implementing the balance of work, discipline and fun.. I personally am a fan of the Athlete lifestyle.. But we all know it's not that easy to follow.. hence I think a better suggestion for people is to combine both the lifestyles.. if that makes sense...
I have a lot of respect for fellow athletes, it's not easy to grind at the gym and physical activity AND getting schoolwork done.

Guys! There's time for ABSOLUTELY everything, remember that. Personally I wanna have the guy's determination and lifestyle because I love doing exercises, I play european football and like to study a lot. There's summer for hanging out with friends and relax time, but when you are at the college you must ONLY study and work out if you want, in order to accomplish the goals you have had set.

Athletes at most d1 universities are required to do a certain amount of hours of study hall each week. My school is 6 hours a week as a way to give us time to study so that we don’t have an exscuse to do bad

The American system for sports is not good. They force you to go college before you can make it pro. In Europe, you can make it pro at any level depending how good you are. Anus Fati made his pro debut for Barcelona at 16 years old. Jamie Vardy made it to the premier league at 25 years old.

Being footballer can be the best one (A family member of mine is.). You wake up early, chilly and relaxing weather. You go to an open-field stadium alone, and then few of your teammates. And you train there. You gain alot of money from your work, no stress, no economic risk at all. Such a comfortable life.
I am so into football (I'm a goalkeeper btw) and my dream life is to become a footballer I'm 14 and I'm training from now but I don't know how to focus on my dream when there is a shitty school system that won't let you live

Naaa the university is partnered with Pepsi so will have its brands everywhere, including Gatorade. My uni partnered with Coke and was the same thing.
I add xanthan gum to my smoothie. It forms to an ice cream like consistency then I place it on an empty pint of halo top. 😂
