Looks great! Aside from lower sugar levels, we prefer the taste of wild blueberries in our house too. Good call! Very interesting, didn’t know dragon fruit helped with GI discomfort/issues. Very good info thanks for sharing! We love fresh dragon fruit but like you said, can be difficult to find where we are also. Frozen fruit certainly cuts down prep time and need for ice! This one is a must try -Marc
Thank you so much for this feed back and lovely comment! Normally, we try to eat less sugar, but as we have been getting into the medical medium, he advocates for more natural sugar with its fiber. Many times a sweeter smoothie will crash us, but these last two don't. Which is surprising! We just love the wild blueberries. We have a blueberry bush in our garden that is so pretty and about to give us lots of fruit! 🫐😊🌺🌷
@@AlyenasKitchen Totally feel you on the crash!!! Those sugar crashes are the pits lol. I hope your blueberry bush is fruitful! Post pics if you can ✌🏼😎✌🏼
Hello, According to the Medical Medium: if you don't have access to fresh or frozen dragon fruit for his liver cleanse smoothie, you can substitute it with 2 tablespoons of powdered red pitaya. This allows for some flexibility while maintaining the benefits of the smoothie. Dragon fruit (or pitaya) is one of the key ingredients in his liver rescue recipe because of its support for detoxifying the liver. In addition to powdered red pitaya (dragon fruit), the Medical Medium suggests wild blueberries as another key fruit for the liver cleanse smoothie. If fresh or frozen wild blueberries aren't available, you can substitute them with 2 tablespoons of powdered wild blueberries. These fruits are crucial in his recipes due to their potent detoxifying properties. I hope that helps. 😊🍁🍂
Yes, I did hear him say that after I made this video. My mom drinks it without ice, but my dad and I add ice because we like it really cold. We haven't strained it because our juicer does that for us. 🌸🌺😊
Why do you say that? Because this is what I have read: Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya or pitahaya, is a natural fruit. It comes from several different species of cacti, primarily from the genus Hylocereus. Dragon fruit is native to Central and South America but is now cultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions around the world, including Southeast Asia, Israel, and parts of the United States. It grows on cacti and has been cultivated for centuries. 😊🌸🌺

I heard Anthony William say not to add ice(or water or anything)to your celery juice. Also to strain it.

@@AlyenasKitchen You talk like a grown girl.
Yes, I was like ahh, no ice cubes! It's cold if you store prewashed celery in the fridge.
yummy and heralthy ❤

Although your visuals are pretty.
