That's one huge spider. With age, I've learned to respect spiders, but if that crawled up my leg, I would leave this plane of existence for a moment or two.
It is a beautiful creature, but I don't think I could handle it crawling on me. I could try, but thinking of its legs walking all over me gives me chills.

I was freaking out watching that big mofo skitter up your arm but then I saw how clumsy she was and how she was constantly touching you with her pedipalps and I couldn’t help but find her kinda cute
I normally get creeped out by long-legged spiders, and quick movement startles me. Strangely enough this orb weaver is cute, and it's comforting to watch the slow movements.
Same here! I think the thing I'm most afraid of are really somehow the sudden and weird/hectic movements of spiders. But this one moves slowly, so it didn't really trigger that fear
Why do arachnophobic people click on a spider video, only to write absolute garbage in the comment section? Anyways, that spider is gorgeous but I'd be too afraid to hold it myself, ngl.

+siberwolf33 you ok?
siberwolf33 lol because buying a dog is much better
??? What do you mean? If the owner is good neither spiders nor cats/dogs need to die trying to get food.
My problem with spiders is that I can’t tell if they’re harmless or cold blooded killers. As long as I know it’s ok, we’re bros.
She's absolutely gorgeous! I was arachnophobic as a kid and still struggle with it, but I love love seeing other people interface with their spiders.
"I don't find these creepy at all"
Well that's fucking wonderful, Daniel.
Imagine waking up in the morning and one of these bad boys is just sittin there on your pillow staring you in the face
I would be in heaven
Susan Cortazar weirdo lol
I would RUN the fuck out of My house :D
+michael mccauley
Or worse, have wrapped you up in their web and you can't escape...That freaks me out
Ella Pennington i know right and they have amongst the strongest web of all arachnids
World's friendliest nope.
ƇσявιηѕƁƖαɗє How bout it's teeth sinking into your arm
Infamously- Yeah, no. That sounds a little painful.
I wouldn't be able to handle this, I'd likely shake it off and then frantically stomp around hoping I'd kill it. "quite terrifying" is definitely right for sure.
ƇσявιηѕƁƖαɗє
I personally, would not be bothered by the spider...it is the *silk* that would give me the heeby-jeebys! As much as I enjoy *looking* at spider webs, the feeling of spider silk freaks me out!
Domini, it is very beautiful. Many of the orbweavers are quite harmless to humans actually. I myself would jump at the opportunity to hold this spider.
I saw one them on my morning walk which quickly turned into a morning run
I love how TH-cam just puts random videos in my recommended 4 years later
Right
Same
Same
I was freaking out watching that big mofo skitter up your arm but then I saw how clumsy she was and how she was constantly touching you with her pedipalps and I couldn’t help but find her kinda cute
The fact that this vid is 4 yrs old nd half the ppl comments r like minutes ago it was in EVERYONE'S recommendations
Edit:and hours ago
Hes got the comments set on shiw newest first
I know these spiders are harmless but the idea of having one crawl on me just strikes at a deep primal fear in me. Beautiful but creepy spiders.
I normally get creeped out by long-legged spiders, and quick movement startles me. Strangely enough this orb weaver is cute, and it's comforting to watch the slow movements.
It looks aggressive but I'm not sure if it is. It looks very easy to handle.
Same here! I think the thing I'm most afraid of are really somehow the sudden and weird/hectic movements of spiders.
But this one moves slowly, so it didn't really trigger that fear
TraceguyRune
I wanna try out grasshoppers/crickets, myself. Maybe I used to be an orb weaver in a previous life.
+TraceguyRune I have a lot smaller size ones in my hose but they die a lot earlier but same color and type
I like how spiders walk
Just seeing all 8 of them moving is fascinating to me
"I don't really find these guys creepy." As it fucking bolts up his arm.
What type of dog is that? Please answer
LSTCNTRL345 looks like a good boy
I’d say so
It's an octo spaniel.
Shawn Peterson thanks man know where I can buy one in North America
Why do arachnophobic people click on a spider video, only to write absolute garbage in the comment section?
Anyways, that spider is gorgeous but I'd be too afraid to hold it myself, ngl.
I brushed my leg while watching this in the dark and almost pissed myself
Y r u brushing ur leg
🤣😭🪦
@@cyanomicro he got dem long hairs 🤣 lmfao
_Anxiety has entered the chat._
I love watching spider videos because they both frighten and intrigue me.
That's a wierd dog you have there dude
It's crazy how their webs are incredibly strong able to catch birds. That's the equivalent of twine catching an airplane mid flight.
Who else got this on their recommended 4-5 years later?!
Me xD
Lmaooo
literally me right now
Guys, please don't tell him to burn his arm or kill the spider or anything, you don't realize that this spider is his pet.
What if someone didn't like dogs or cats and every time they saw someone with one, they said, "Oh my God, kill that disgusting thing!!! Burn it then bleach your arm!!!"?
That's what you're doing, so stop being so cruel. She's a gorgeous spider and I wish her a long and happy life!
Magic Archer It's more of a joke than anything else. It's the internet, these things are bound to happen. Stay off the internet if it affects you so negatively.
ill fucking kill my dog. bet
I hate spiders, but I understand the problem...
I saw a golden silk orb weaver in the wild and I was blown away by its size!! What amazing creatures
Nah those are massive NOPES
@@anthonyjimenez6902 😂 I used to feel the same way. At some point my fascination overtook my fear
In Jamaica you can find them like everywhere. I love them, I even still have two as pets
I had a golden orb weaver crawl on me in Thailand, I just kind of hung out with it for 10-15 minutes going from arm to arm before I had to let it go to get on with my tour.
If you're just checking this video out please hit that subscribe button - it really helps. Also, I have new merch on my Teespring of this spider!

I will, hit subscribe even tho I watched this last year
@@WORSHIP4EVER many thanks, I really appreciate it
They ARE beautiful AND creepy AF at the same time. I’ll look, but no touchy.
I might not like spiders but I really want a orb weaver
I love your videos and you should never stop even if your boy friend is an aracnaphobe.
How did you train your cat to do that?
Impressive.
Ah yes, let this be in my recommendations, yes thank you TH-cam algorithm...
That's super cool! It's awesome to see the way she moves around, and just how friendly she is. Also made me laugh a little when I realized she was leaving a little silk trail up your arms, lmao.
What dog breed is that?
Playur One I think you are blind that is obviously a snake
PIGEON MAN Are you kidding me? Its clearly a bird.
Xeron 101 NO NO NO YOURE ALL WRONG its a butterfly
You uncultured swines! It's obviously a fish
SomeGuy what a fish ?!?!?
Gorgeous spider without question... but still a nope

I believe you are on the Recent section.
Also, 4 years old?!! It's 2019 bruh
@@LegacyLunatic nah,but still it was MAY 2014.
We have JANUARY 2019,thus actually it IS still 4 years old.
I mean,if you were born on 27th October 2001,and now it's the 27th August 2010,you wouldn't be 10?
Meme rip offs
I think spiders are gorgeous, just in a terrifying, adore-from-afar kinda way.
Same! They move way too fast and towards the neck/face but they are cool behinds glass or on a screen
I love spiders. They are so misunderstood.
I have a small fear of them, given a lot of the ones I see are the more dangerous ones ( brown recluse, black widows, wolf spiders and in very rare cases huntsman),
@@ALUCARD-us3il I am not sure about the brown recluse, but black widow spiders won’t kill you if you’re a healthy adult and wolf and huntsman spiders aren’t dangerous at all.
@@CornSnakeLance huntsmans cant kill you, but their bite can still pack a mean punch, with black widows there's a bit of a risk because their anti-venom has its own toxicity and rather dangerous side effects, wolf spiders, i had one chase me as a kid so that's why they scare me lol
That spider looks like the ones from Courage The Cowardly Dog show
ACe_8599 I remember that episode
THIS HAS BEEN IN MY RECOMMENDED FOR A FUCKING MONTH ARE YOU HAPPY TH-cam HERE I AM
Their webbing is pretty crazy, it's like strands of hair in terms of feel and strength. I've walked though it on accident a couple of times while collecting fruit.
