I’m glad you loved it. I honestly didn’t grow up to see anyone around me using onions to cook Ekpang. Feels weird to me tho. Just like using onions to make Afang 😂

You can use cocoyam. In Cameroon we call it Ekwang Coco. That’s because cocoyam is the main carbohydrate in the the recipe.
