    i dont know how many times i did this meditation. the first time i did this, i cried with a feeling of relaxation. Thank you Show, you are touching many people's heart. We need more of these

    I tried meditation for the first time today and it was very good. I loved it. Idk why it had me crying in the middle but well it was peaceful. Thank you

    This meditation us perfect. My mind is constantly busy and I needed a quick meditation when ever negative thoughts start to really take over. It just so happened every time the thoughts would pop in my mind you would guide to let it go. I can't wait for additional meditations.

    I felt stuck in a negative thought loop. Since I follow you on IG I thought I would try meditation. Although I have cried, I feel lighter. It now feels like rain followed hopefully by sunshine rather than an infinitely deep hole. Thank you very much for this valuable experience, I will continue to try to meditate and come to peace. 🌺

    Im having a really hard time this week, I have totally lost my calm when meditating and today I have just been a mess running around stressing body and soul... this really made me stop and relax. Tears finally came and I could with your help breath through it all. I really needed someone to tell me "its ok" today, and the "I love you" at the end was so sweet ❤❤❤❤❤ thanks for all your content Show! I have a lot to watch and learn ❤
