    Visualize and expand your energy, like a radiant light or a warm fire, starting from your forehead. Give this energy a color and let it fill your surroundings, embracing you in its warmth.
    Reflect on your day or yesterday and express gratitude for the small and big things in your life. Take a moment to visualize what you're thankful for.
    Imagine someone who has caused you distress, forgive them to free yourself from resentment. Then, forgive yourself for any self-sabotage, allowing inner peace to take over.
    Focus on one thing you desire the most. Dive deep into the emotions and sensations associated with having it. Let your imagination run wild as you experience it as if it's already yours.
    As you return to the present moment, take a few deep breaths, stretch your body, and open your eyes. Carry the positive energy of this meditation with you into your day or night.

    i’ve been doing many guided meditations for over a year now but this one is by far my favorite i have ever come across. beautiful mix between presence, visualization and forgiveness. would love to see more man! 🧘🏽‍♂️

    A intense emotion came and tears came rolling down my eyes ....when I forgave my father for what he did . Thanks a lot . Never in my life I felt this way. This video is a blessing for me . I will now meditate everyday with these . Lots lo love

    I can’t tell you how much I needed that. I’m trying to turn a corner in my life right now. I’m in a toxic place inside and out. You, meditation, are all new to me. And I am not an outwardly emotional person, but at the moment I started to envision things, people I was grateful for, tears unexpectedly started rolling down my face. That was so real, so needed and so healing. Thank you for that.

    I Was in the worse negative mood and state of being and I pulled over to park under a shady tree, threw this on, lounged back and feel way calmer.. a little regretful for how rash I felt earlier but overall major gratitude to come across this video, thanks for sharing! Keep it up 🙏💜👍

    Thank you for this. This meditation was helpful, especially the section pertaining to forgiveness. I don't think I have ever been fully aware of how resistant I am when it comes to forgiving people. And when visualizing a person I wanted to forgive in this exercise the internal resistance I felt was powerful enough to bring tears to my eyes. In my head I want to forgive but my heart is another thing entirely. The anger I once felt isn't as strong but I think the grudges I find myself holding on to have been motivators for me to grow or to prove that I didn't need their love or approval to still be a successful and strong person. There are times I think I've forgiven someone and then, for seemingly no real reason that rage will come back and it becomes a battle of pushing my emotions down just so I can function.
    I feel like this meditation helped me feel a fundamental flaw of mine. I don't truly let go of anything. Good or bad. But now that I know this, I can work on it. Thank you for all the work you do on this channel.💜 Best wishes and God bless you.💜

    i really liked this one thank you! i could visualize myself back in my mom’s hometown in Mexico… walking down the plaza with my grandpa, and eating a cup of rose petal ice cream. it was nice. and it’s peculiar too, the person I chose to forgive was my mom but i desire to be in her hometown the most in these moments…

    I love your meditation and affirmation videos. The only thing that throws me off is the adds in the middle and the end off the videos. Especially the ones for sleep, you are really good at taking people to these relaxing places and then the add comes in and ”wakes you up” in the most uncomfortable way. It really plays with my nervous system. I understand why the adds are needed but please, in the future, can you put them
    In the beginning? Much love❤️
