    i’ve been doing many guided meditations for over a year now but this one is by far my favorite i have ever come across. beautiful mix between presence, visualization and forgiveness. would love to see more man! 🧘🏽‍♂️

    I can’t tell you how much I needed that. I’m trying to turn a corner in my life right now. I’m in a toxic place inside and out. You, meditation, are all new to me. And I am not an outwardly emotional person, but at the moment I started to envision things, people I was grateful for, tears unexpectedly started rolling down my face. That was so real, so needed and so healing. Thank you for that.

    I cried when you told me to forgive. I cried so much when I was finally starting to forgive that person. She came into my life to teach me a lesson, and I’m grateful for it. I forgive her. I learned a lot. I started my healing journey, I started to accept myself, to love myself and focus on positivity. I thank her.
    And I am so grateful for you and your meditation. It was my first meditation of yours, and I’m so grateful I found it. It really helped me. Thank you very much 🙏❤️

    Dude. I’ve watched probably 20 of these types of guided meditation videos. I just recently started meditating so I’m still learning. Halfway through this, something in me broke, I haven’t cried like that since I was a little kid. I have so much aggression and resistance locked away, against and toward myself. Not forgiving myself is something I truly feel is holding my life back.

    I’m really new to self mediation and self help. Like, a couple days old kind of new. I’ve been so anxious and recently a personal failure of mine has been haunting me to the point of being in a constant state of heightened stress. Listening to the part of the video where he asks you to forgive someone, I chose to forgive myself for being so hard on me, for always putting me down, for never giving me a chance. I even exhaled to myself “I forgive you Fabio” on that last deep breath. And then he says “and now I want you to forgive yourself” and I just started streaming tears. I didn’t know how bad I needed to be comforted by my own self, I’ve been my own worst enemy for so long and it’s cost me so many positive experiences in life. Well no more of that. Thank you so much for your help.

    tears rolled down on my cheeks at first i wasn’t very able to concentrate because of your voice (not in a bad way 🤓) but as you start focusing on each part of a body (LOVED THAT) i was slowly starting drifting away not caring about your tone/voice anything. and i just let myself get carried. love this meditation 🫶🏻

    I randomly found this video after months, maybe years, of not meditating and to say it was freeing is an understatement. I cried as it made me so conscious of the burdens I am carrying and allowed me to really envision a future where I am my happiest. The build up of gratitude, easing into visualisation was so powerful. Thank you so much!! I’ll be back every day to do this incredible meditation.

    i really liked this one thank you! i could visualize myself back in my mom’s hometown in Mexico… walking down the plaza with my grandpa, and eating a cup of rose petal ice cream. it was nice. and it’s peculiar too, the person I chose to forgive was my mom but i desire to be in her hometown the most in these moments…

    WOW. That was an effortless experience and the visualization of what I want and being able see it and feel it… it’s the first time I have ever noticed myself naturally smile during a meditation( a couple of times at that). The forgiveness… I started to effortlessly see all the people I need to forgive and it was eye opening to how that anger and resentment has been holding me back. The fact you said we don’t have to like them to forgive them created an automatic purge. I will continue to practice with this meditation

      Also! I somehow found it effortless to think of things I was grateful for from the day before. I was thankful for the most basic things and it felt good to appreciate those things. It is normally not something that comes to mind at first. Things like being grateful for having a bed to sleep on, or food etc

    During visualizing part i was with him, and i swear i was actually feeling like he is hugging me i am actually with him, i could feel him touch him hear him smell him😭🤝and when u said to come back and open eyes, it took me 5 minutes to open my eyes, i was feeling like he is actually in front of me,, even after coming back to my present state 😭tysm tysm tysm😭❤❤❤❤tysm, it is literally healing me, i can do this meditation whole day❤😭thank u so much.

    Thank you for this. This meditation was helpful, especially the section pertaining to forgiveness. I don't think I have ever been fully aware of how resistant I am when it comes to forgiving people. And when visualizing a person I wanted to forgive in this exercise the internal resistance I felt was powerful enough to bring tears to my eyes. In my head I want to forgive but my heart is another thing entirely. The anger I once felt isn't as strong but I think the grudges I find myself holding on to have been motivators for me to grow or to prove that I didn't need their love or approval to still be a successful and strong person. There are times I think I've forgiven someone and then, for seemingly no real reason that rage will come back and it becomes a battle of pushing my emotions down just so I can function.
    I feel like this meditation helped me feel a fundamental flaw of mine. I don't truly let go of anything. Good or bad. But now that I know this, I can work on it. Thank you for all the work you do on this channel.💜 Best wishes and God bless you.💜

    I love how forgiveness is for us we forgive what we held about this person because really we are the ones that give meaning to our experiences theres no to change but self ❤
