Great vid as always! Reckon it'd be possible to laminate the old fin to a modern base so it could be used with the box? Probably not worth the effort but would be cool!
Definitely possible to cut a tan on the bottom of it and make it box compatible. Probably would require any new lamination, maybe just some fresh resin. It’s probably what the owner will end up doing I reckon, I’ve given him a fin guys number 🤙

Poly and epoxy don’t smell different when you sand?… Just curious
I have heard this as well. I've never noticed any difference but in all honesty, being around the stuff constantly I actually struggle to smell the stuff at all anymore. Bit like a smoker who stinks of cigarettes, he can't smell himself because it's just his normal environmental smell
