    No matter what you say to a narcissist, they will warp it into an argument, blaming you, insulting you!

    When people have warped thinking, nothing you say will matter. You are better off talking to yourself.

    The trauma bond keeps you stuck, ive noticed that your lower self dominates your higher self and your mind keeps going to those endless questions...they dont like you as you tremendously like them, the guy that you very painfully watch them holding their hands is an option as will be and has been always, they are wired as such, they suffer and thinks thats the way. You are not the rescuer...its painful ...if yiu break from the trauma bond...100% can be done...you are free and much more than the past. Keep working hard and the results will ne more than amazing...i watch 100 Gurus on YT...they are absolute..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ to melanie.

    How do I cope when I know of the abuse or some of the abuse that happened to my adult son: isolated, framed, lied about, gaslighted, got committed, got into trouble with law, financial abuse, my son ended his life. Everyone believes and supports the abusive father including Authorities. How do I cope? I already said to the abuser that I'm going to expose him and that I've got his number and I have told other people. Over and over. I am blocked. I am exhausted, have nothing left. Nor did my son.

    #1. Never tell anyone this. Ultimatums don’t work on anyone with self respect and shows you’re manipulative. If you need to leave just leave. Narc or not.

    It takes so much time to ‘learn’ the correct way to deal with a narc
    Especially once you’ve long left but have to deal with children
    I remind myself
    “The only way to win is not to play”
    Which is reportedly what the computer said to itself when it tried to win a nuclear war
    Wish I could say I always remember. Often I forget and suffer the consequences then I’m back here for a revision course
    Melanie is the only teacher that knows truly how to help us

    My children’s father was diagnosed by a professional psychiatrist as one of the worst narcissist cases he’d ever seen he’s been in business for over 40 years. He diagnosed me with post traumatic stress disorder so why is it that my children won’t talk to me won’t pick up the phone to say I love you I miss you don’t even acknowledge I’m alive when I stop co signing for their cars or their colleges, they just stopped talking to me like I had died they never called me back they never respond and one of them told me if I try to call her she will call a lawyer to have me put in jail whatever that meant

    • @sharonducci7089
      @sharonducci7089 26 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I guess what I’m asking is at what point did I become the bad guy or did all my children become narcissist??

    • @kalinsage1
      @kalinsage1 19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@sharonducci7089sadly this is my fear if I stay. My kids are still small…
      But it sounds like maybe y’all were together too long and he was able to manipulate the kids into believing you are the bad guy
      This is a risk we take with narcs
      It doesn’t matter that a therapist diagnosed him he’s still gonna play victim to the kids and he’s better at manipulating than you so he wins

    • @kalinsage1
      @kalinsage1 19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@sharonducci7089the kids are being used as his “ flying monkeys “ to make you doubt yourself now….
      Just pray God opens their eyes to the truth… it’s such a sad mess we end up with because of narcissists it makes me so mad
