My right brake is literally hanging off and I’ve been having to sleep in my chair the past few days because I can’t transfer anymore. From this video I can’t tell if your bolts are the kind I have-there’s nowhere to put an allen key or anything to put the socket around. They’re totally smooth and rounded. What should I use?

Right front swivel wheel seems to be sluggish. Thanks for info. How do you fix a big wheel that is not turning well.

This may be due to ball bearings that are wearing out. Or it could also be just due to some dust / dirt that got caught inside. The wheel would need to be taken off and cleaned. They are in the center area of the wheel.
