- The brand new rexton reach gets pulled from the shelves due to some programming issues at launch. I still have faith in this hearing aid so don't panic quite yet! I just got the reach. My first set of hearing aids. So far so good but it is a new experience for me.

Hi Brian, I live in Australia and have recently purchased the Jabra Pro 20 from our local Costco. I have had my Audi add the Speech focus feature as per your video but have not been in a noisy restaurant to give it a full work out yet but really impressed. I was also hoping that my Audi could use Noise Tracker II under the advance features menu to tweak the sound in noise but we could not find it so I guess that’s one feature that GN have held back from the Jabra version for now anyways. Have you found Noise tracker II or has it been renamed or hidden in the fitting software for the Jabra’s? Cheers, Richard
I’m sure it is just renamed. I’ll have to check to see what it is. Where did you see the noise tracker feature? Beltone or resound?
Resound Nexia top of the range model from memory has noise tracker 2 but not the lower models. Resound maybe holding this back for the next Jabra enhanced Pro release I’m guessing. NT2 is shown on the Resound TH-cam video called five tips for setup at about 6 minutes in it talks about improving hearing in noise with NT2 setting under the Advanced settings menu. Hope that helps. Purchased Rexton purchased at Costco a few weeks ago now I confused- I do do have connection issues with my iPhone 🤔🤔
Most hearing aids have wishy washy Bluetooth connection, but the affected bi cores had chronic issues. Phone had to be powered off every day etc… you may be just fine
@@HearingClub Brian, I have KS10s with bluetooth classic. They work great for both streaming and hands free calling with Samsung phones: 20FE and now S23. Range is good and they connect nicely with my Windows 11 laptop. The Jabra 20's I am trying are so glitchy that I may return them.
I bet they have bad lines of code embedded in the chips like my Trax 42s had. Just takes one bad line of thousands will cause major issues.
