I have an Africa twin that I'm wanting put a set of these on. Agreed, these are nice panniers, especially for the money. I had a set back in '13 on my XR650 that I did a LOT of off-roading on. I live off-road. The boxes held up fine to plenty of desert dumps.. Got my leg once ankle sore for a few months, so keep that in mind, they will getcha.. Boxes I would happily buy again. The supporting hardware didn't handle the vibration well and broke from metal fatigue which is why I haven't gone for them yet. If one could use a set of maybe outback or givi, or a more stout set of mounting frames, with these boxes, I "think" it would be more practical. I just don't know who makes strong frames that these boxes would be compatible with. Nice review, thanks.
Yeah, the graphics were a little too cheap looking for me. The bike got a lot of "Beautiful bike" compliments from non-riders after taking them off. The boxes are now on my trailer. Love that they are sturdy and lock.

Lower the center of gravity, the better a motorcycle handles.
