  • Build up to Crow Pose with me today in this 35 minute arm balance yoga class! A fun balance of fluid movement, heat building and core activation.
    Crow Pose, also called 'Bakasana', is a challenging and empowering posture! We will work on opening the hips, stretching the hamstrings, building strength in the core and creating space to lift into your arm balance. By following this video and practicing this sequence regularly, you'll be flying into Crow Pose before you know it!

My upper body strength has always been an area that has lacked in strength the most and after just a few sessions of a combination of your upper body strength yoga and this crow pose tutorial, I am really noticing positive results and improvement in strength and I am closer and closer to being able to lift up into crow which I thought I would never be able to do!     this tutorial is so good! crow is such a finicky pose for me -- some days i can't seem to get it at all. but whenever i follow this video, my body is prepared & my alignment is good, so i have no trouble lifting off and staying up. thank you so much!
