Bring your cadence up to around 100rpm at least. (Drop your elbows closer to parallel to the ground, the faster you spin, otherwise your butt will start bouncing). Your knees will thank you for it a few decades later, if not sooner. :) Always interesting to see scenery from other countries.
When I became chronologically challenged I bought an Aventon Level 2 ebike and I'm back on the road again. I cannot say enough good things about them! It feels so good to be back on the road!

Señorita Mindy en Modo Ruta Ciclo Vía Ciudad de Seúl, ¿Cuál es la longitud Total de la Ciclo vía?.En mi Ciudad Bogotá, La ciclovía funciona por las principales vías de la ciudad, interconectadas en un circuito de 127.69 kilómetros.
Es impresionante la infraestructura ciclista que hay que Corea. Y la cantidad de ciclistas que la utilizan. Soy de México y seria un sueño tener una tercera parte de esa infraestructura.
