I am biased but don't like this Etron grille or tailpipe area because the materials used appear to me subjectively like fake metal. I like the automatic charge port door though in this first attempt it can freeze shut in some countries, and be harder to reach from high-power charge stations due to how far back it is from front of car, and you would also need to face the high-power charge station which can be a less interesting viewpoint, and the door-opener shiny black button picks up fingerprint marks. The missing center console cover makes interior look broken to me. Sounds like more regen motor whine braking to a stop, and instead of a mandatory welcome chime on startup I prefer to hear music from last time I was in car. The EQE and EQS SUVs currently being tested will be closer to Etron for space though possibly more expensive
Good observation. Audi Etron is not just as fun to drive as the EQC. I have had it for a few days now with over 120 miles of driving. It is big, and seems to have blind spots making driving more cumbersome. Because I keep driving the EQC in between, it is very clear that the EQC is a better car to drive and have more fun with, not just from a comfort perspective. Etron does not do very well on range in winter either. After charging it up full, I drove over 80 miles on the motorway sensibly and the car told me that I have 45 miles left. I know this will improve in summer but it will be a headache for many drivers in winter. 🤔
Which ev do you recommend ? I feel Mercedes i s more premium
