I love chicken meatballs in chicken soup with egg noodles and miscellaneous veg. Only I'd make them smaller so they're more a lady's bite sized than a man's bite size, so they fit on the spoon easier. Truthfully, if it's just my family... l'd shape the whole mixture into a half-inch thick sheet and slice the sheet into half inch cubes. If the cubes fall apart, I'll press them into balls, otherwise my family gets cubes instead of balls. Lately, I've been using turkey sausage and frozen veg for a quick weeknight soup, delicious. 💖🌞🌵😷
