Wow, this is the building that contributed to the collapse of Champlain Towers South. During its construction, the residents of Champlain Towers complained that their building was shaking all the time.
That is absolutely not true . How many surrounding buildings collapse a year and half after the building next door is finished ? None . There was already major concrete damage on that building . That is why is collapsed.
@@Lalalollypop99 It's being proven that the construction most likely did contribute to the collapse, and a lot of shady dealings apparently took place with the city, as well as the shoddy construction of CTS, from the information now coming out in the lawsuits. So, YOU'RE wrong.
Be aware! Make your own inspection to ensure building is sound. Not just about amenities, apt., and beautiful grounds. Like to know does the realtor live here.
@@GoldenKeysMiami Oh-I am wondering about the impact of what happened to the neighbors. The developers of 87 Park did some pretty nasty things highlighted in their suit. I'm wondering how that has impacted sales. Nobody at this point is confident 87 Park had anything to do with it whatsoever other than possibly excellerating a process that had already begun. I've been following structual engineers assessing it and pointed out a specific poor decision had been made years before 87 Park was a thought. I do hope 87 has a responsible budget planner who saves in accordance to projected costs of all future maintenance as not to dump a giant burden on future residents.
So pretty
The value of these just plummeted.
