Wow, this is the building that contributed to the collapse of Champlain
Towers South. During its construction, the residents of Champlain Towers complained that their building was shaking all the time and worried about its structural integrity. Unbelievable.

Did they take into consideration how the taller building than the ones to the south would affect the wind and water from the ocean.
My parents had a condo on the ocean in Boca Raton Fl. They built a much taller condo complex on the north side of the building and it drastically changed the beach topography. Plus all the natural vegetation that was there was now concrete. I think the also changed things. The wind was redirected because of the hight of the building.

Same architect and same developer also produced 565 Broome, NYC, also a masterpiece.

Didn't see enough of the project itself, or hear what the concept is! Ridiculous.

Wondering if the people who pay the million dollars will find the view of where Champlain Towers South used to be "stunning." And to think Plano had an historic hotel brought down, promising to bring it back to it's glory, only proving he lied when he said he couldn't do it. Let's be honest. the last word that comes to mind is "stunning." Now, the word "cringe" comes to mind.

TrAgedy. The palings of this building and the new hotel just north caused the implosions of champlain towers south . common sense tells us that. Speed up then implosions.
