This is the apartment that’s behind the oceanfront apartment with only a corner with ocean views and like you pointed out, once the next door building goes up that view will get mostly blocked out, they may need to put curtains in the master bathroom or the neighbors are going to have a direct line of sight into the bathtub.
Any Miami Condo tour needs to come with an extensive review of the underground parking structures. We all saw what happened when cost-cutting by the owners coupled with floor after floor of massive heavy marble were stacked into an unsound building. No view is worth dying for.

Love the kitchen. It's nice to see the use of dark wood tones. So much better looking than the boring white on white on more white that seems to be the norm now. So many places are just way too bright. It's nice to have bright spaces, but you have some contrast with darker tones.

Cool condo! Though as a real estate agent in Tampa, its crazy the price difference between here and Miami. For $1.3 million less you can get a 5000+ sq/ft 4 bedroom penthouse condo in a prime location with waterfront views. Or for $2.5 million less you can have an over 6500 sq/ft brand new mansion also on the water. Crazy!
