Just tech farm then unlock the drone skills. Hijacking a riot drone or setting a turret to betray and clearing out the place before my character enters the restricted area is my go to.
Fight in a bare knuckle fighting tournament it’s only 4 fights, after winning bagley will give you a list of the people you fought so you can recruit them. They have been some of my most useful operatives.
Also the whole tournament takes less than ten minutes to complete, times will vary depending on player skill and difficulty of game/enemy abilities and skills

My one pro tip for a first playthrough though is just roleplay - I had an absolute blast first time through not caring too much about getting the "perfect" operatives with great skill sets. Instead, if I needed to infiltrate a medical centre I just sent an agent to hang out near it until I stumbled upon someone who could get inside using a uniform. It led me to really care about some of the people I recruited and made for really great emergent gameplay and some truly unforgettable moments.
I've thought of these recruitment stories for watch dogs 1 already. I remember that I felt a bit disappointed that you could only hack and interact with them and "see" their info. I wasn't really thinking of recruiting them but I remember I wished that they could give you missions like these. And now 6 year later we have that in game. Wonderful!
I found a character that was pretty good, but had permanent death, I thought it should be fine to play him for this mission, it wasn’t, two cars blew up near me almost instantly and died.
idk if anyone will see this but there are a couple ways to get better quick. 1. way is to do deep profile and if they have identified anyone you have to download data to win them over but instead you can take out the identified person to do this faster. 2.Get a construction worker immediately, using their drone you can get to areas that are higher up efficiently 3. Get a spy, Hitman or an Albion contractor that has the elite cloak ability these characters come with better weapons and are better for breaking into places. 4. making the areas defiant early on gives you a boost with extra powerful characters. I hope this helps anyone who sees this!!!

I got extremely attached to my first op. However I was to attached. I played him as a pseudo protagonist with perma death on. I went to buckingham palace for one of my earliest side missions and didn’t know how to do it so I assumed I had to climb up not fly. And I invisibility cloaked around for a bit until I saw a door I was sure was an entrance to the objective. I charge in with invisibility on and get to the door in between guards. I get there and it’s a fake door my invisibility runs out and he gets shot and killed by royal guards.
My favorite way to take down enemies as my old ladies, you just drop down on them from above and honestly every animation for the actions old people have couldn’t be more perfect

Body shots are pointless and headshots are annoying because of the handling so you abuse the lock on or just do what I do and play it like a stealth simulator and do takedowns instead

one thing that bothers me when I play, is that I have met a wide range of characters with every accent/ethnicity possible except for one, I have never met a single American, did they all die? I Wouldn’t be surprised

Dude my first operative was useless as hell and only had a "less jail time" perk which wasn't helpful in my permadeath gameplay, but I loved him so much, he was an old classy man with a Johnny English vibe to him and he was the "recruiter" for my team since I couldn't find a better use for him, even so, he was my favourite character, I'm still sad from losing him in that Clan Kelly base fail raid

Turn off Permadeath and play with either Aiden, Wrench, Darcy or Mina, or use all of them. Play with the character that helps with the different missions. This will feel like you have a primary set of characters! or stick with the one. I completed this game over a year ago and loved it as it showcased a scaled-down version of a very realistic London. Unfortunately it didn't go to Stratford which is further in East London.

you don't really need to use construction worker for easy heavy drone access there are drone summon pads littered all over the place you can use to call in if there aren't any floating nearby

Drew Carry spiderbot is already unlocked when you start the game. Also theres spiderbot spawn locations throughout the map (mostly where they are needed for collectibles). Only reason to actually use it from your character is for the double jump you get as a perk when upgrading your tech

They are Aiden Pierce (WD1), Wrench (WD2, Mina (an original assassin from the AC universe which would link AC and Watch dogs as canon), and Darcy (a transhuman who’s been genetically enhanced where they could mind control people, etc.

I play watch dogs legion and everyone in my team are a part of albion. The only albion operative I can't find is the elite captain. I've looked all over the map but they are nowhere to be seen.

The deep profiler is so useful it's near essential. It should have been part of a main mission to recruit someone who disliked Dedsec.
You do though, you have to recruit a Albion worker in one of the main missions

Just liberate regions, tech points will show up on your map. And try to recruit map highlighted characters, I believe they give you tech point too.

You can't. You can unlock more weapons but that is. 4 weapons to choose from. Unless they have their own unique weapon.
I play watch dogs legion and everyone in my team are a part of albion. The only albion operative I can't find is the elite captain. I've looked all over the map but they are nowhere to be seen.

The biggest thing the game doesn’t tell you is that it’s going to crash every 30 minutes, sometimes less! It’s a great feature.
