    Jacob, my friend. Ikaw ang isa sa dalawa lang na Filipino fitness TH-camrs na finafollow ko. Yung isa ay si Rom GD. Pareho kayo idol ko.
    Kung ang vibes mo ay sabihin na nating medyo pang high-end na mga viewers, napaka humble mo pa rin at madali kang intindihin, relatable at straight to the point. On the other hand, si Rom GD, probinsyano at mas simple, relatable sa mas nakararami dahil sa kanyang home-made solutions for expensive diet and gym gear, pero gaya mo ay humble din at madaling intindihin, although hindi sya masyado masalita.
    Pareho kayong seryoso at meron passion sa ginagawa nyo, at hindi nyo inuuna ang pa-astig effect o mga gasgas na mga punch line jokes na hindi naman nakakatawa.

    As calories goes up increase din ang volume at intensity. Thanks sir Jacob ito talaga bulking vlogs inaabangan ko kasi mahirap talaga ang bulking kapag hindi mo na eenjoy yung pagkain mo. Dirty bulking is easy but Clean bulking is not.

    coach.. ask lang po payat po ako so bulking po target ko nag te take ako ng wieght gainer but ung wieght ko hnd nag che change. pero feel ko lumalaki muscle ko pero hnd ako nag we weight gain normal lang po ba yun? useualy the way you gain muscle dapat mag ge gain karin wieght tama po ba?
