    Laking tulong mo tlga idol. Ako from 90kg to 76kg in 3 months. Calorie deficit lang nakain pa rin ako ng gusto ko basta in moderation and proper exercise.

    I agree! Calorie Deficit is the biggest factor for weight loss. Di naman kailangan na totally i-cut out yung carbs. Dito kami laging nagtatalo ni Papa dahil naka KETO siya. Lagi niya akong sinasabihan na "Paano kang papayat, kumakain ka pa rin ng carbs."
    Before I'm 97kg and nagsimula ako mag exercise and diet APRIL 2020. Now I'm currently at 58.5kg. I lost weight kahit na kumakain ng kain and desserts MINSAN.
    You can eat anything but in moderation and as long as it is within your calorie allowance. Pero best pa rin talaga yung foods that are rich in micronutrients.

      @@xiantomas1021 maraming calculator online pero ang ginamit ko is yung MyFitnessPal na app (by underarmour). Magandang tool din xa para ma-keep track mo total calorie intake mo for the day.
      May video din neto sa channel ni sir Jacob paano gamitin yung app. Try mo hanapin and panuorin. It really is a big help. 😊

    Sweets -> fruits, moderation
    Fried food -> boil, grill, air-fry
    Fatty cuts (dark meat, red meat, belly) -> chicken breast, tenderloin, tuna, skip belly
    Saucy food -> salt and pepper, herbs and spices, hot sauce (low calories or zero)
    Canned/processed/instant food -> whole foods, nuts
    Fast food -> prepare own food
    Oily food -> grill, airfry, steam
    Sugary/calorific drinks -> black coffee, zero calorie drinks, water
    Alcohol -> moderation, light beer

    Im 87Kg before i just Use Boiled egg everyday. no Work out i eat less on night and more one Vegies and Fruits. Sweets. Minsan Minsan lang lalo na. yung softdrinks and Chocolates. iwasan nyo rin coffee kasi mag cacause sya ng pag Ikli ng tulog. 😊 more on water nalang kayo kagaya ko tapos super less kanin
    naka tulong din ng sobra yung kamote tapos nilagang saging suer ganda nya 😍😊

    totoo yung sa matamis. itinigil ko na yung pagkain ng matamis, after one week hindi na hinanap ng panlasa ko and i started enjoying drinking bitter coffee.

    Pwede ba sa mga susunod na upload ng videos mo lagyan mo ng English subtitle lahat? Super effective kasi sakin ng calorie deficit diet na video mo which is from 81 kg 70 kg na ako within less than a month ang kaso di ko mshare ang videos mo sa mga kasama ko sa work na myanmar, indians at nepali kasi di nila maintindihan kaya kahit lage ko nlng ineexplain pero gusto ko sana mapanuod nila para mas effective at maremind sila everytime na mapapanuod nila.

    Salamat coach sinunod ko lang mga tips mo sa diet at naging effective naman syan dati akong 105kg ,, ngayon ay 80kg nalang at hindi pa don natatapos ang diet ko kelangan ko pang makuha ang 75kg malaki tiwala ko sa mga videos mo coach last 2 weeks nalang makukuha ko na goals ko salamat sa mga tips mo coach

      Sa bodyweight mo brother multiply mo sa 12 kung hnd k active mag gym or 13
      Pero kung super active ka and you think u are burning alot on a daily basis multiply mo sa 15 like this example 150lbs ka x 12 or 150x 15 then kapag alam mo calories mo at maintain na tas wala kaparin abs na six pack dun mona ko pm sa ig ko lol nag indorso hahah (vegeta_thesaiyanprince)

    I lost 16 kgs for 2 months doing calorie deficit. Pero parang nagkaroon ako ng eating disorder kasi napaparanoid ako pag sumusobra ako sa calories. Masaya ako sa naging outcome, nawala belly fats ko and nagka korte abs ko. But hindi ako ganoon ka happy. What i do now is IF 8/16, minimum of 10km jog/walk then dumbell and core training, then i make sure to drink green tea 1 hour after meal. Minimum of 2L of water everyday . But i eat what i want na during 8 hour feasting ng time ng IF ko. So far maintained naman weight ko, mental health ang mas priority ko ngayon.

    New subscriber here. I really find your videos very helpful esp for pips like me na nagpapapayat. And yes, you really need to watch out for your calories, di porket nagpapayat ka eh di ka na kakain, marami akong kilalang talagang nagskiskip ng meals and di na halos kumakain para lang pumayat, effective naman pero after ilang months grabe ang rebound effect.
    I started my strict calorie count plus exercise last October 2020. I was 80 kg then and now nasa 71-72kg na lang ako. With this fitness tips namomotivate pa ako to lose more fat para manormalize ang BMI ko.

    personally wala akong iniiwasan na pagkain. i just eat in moderation partner it with moving more in a day. meron akong mga kilala na nag crash diet and as in cut off everything na tingin nla bawal, d maganda naging result sa kanila.
