      To get to a lot of reps with a lot of weight slowly over time consistently.

      I just looked him up. We could totally be brothers! I'm probably older, and we would fight because he'd get all the attention I'd crave.

    I challenge you to eat 1 gram of protein for every pound that you weigh, every day. So if you weigh 130 lbs, that'd be 130 grams of protein a day you'd be eating.

      I never heard of that suggestion before! That is extremely helpful. I fluctuate between 175 and 183 usually, so, well, that'll inform of my intake! Thank you so much!

      @@NowAcceptingChallenges You will notice a huge difference, especially if you keep lifting. I like to tell people, you wouldn't prepare for a cross country road trip in a car that has an empty tank. Likewise, you can't expect your body to put on lean muscle mass through lifting if you aren't giving it the protein (amino acids) that it needs to build muscle.
      If you find eating 1g per lb hard, try .6 grams per lb at first. I guarantee that as you get stronger and build more muscle your appetite will increase and you'll be able to hit that 1g/lb mark.
