Lol, Gronk doesn't know anyone on steroids; he just doesn't want to be the next Canseco. 15 years ago Gary Player discussed the many golfers using steroids and GH, they aren't known for the 350lb giants that football is known for; strongman and powerlifting are heavy with steroids as well. Even male models use anavar, only flaw in anavar is it makes one less sexual (though someone on a catwalk wouldn't want random erections anyway) but a lil proviron might fix that without further suppression or adding pct after if it does suppress it much.

the 40 yard dash wasn't 4.5 looool. It was probably around 4.7-4.8 but it was handtimed which is always a bit off. Even the 4.98 was probably a bit better. Hand timing is very inaccurate but he is a great athlete.

He got measured 5'9.5" barefoot and I assume Eric Kavensky would give them a bit more height just to be safe/fair since it's a not so accurate way to measure the way he does it (he's got no choice but to measure that way though tbf) and it was also not even midday so safe to assume before bed Jesse would probably measure 5'9" flat. He could claim 5'9.5" half but no taller.

Love the point Gronk makes about not needing to barbell squat. I feel like there's a lot of pressure people feel to do the "big lifts" and just push as much weight s possible. But they don't necessarily translate into efficacy on the field or otherwise. Plenty of ways to do things.

it just goes to show you how effective experience is. Jesse jumped futher, lifted longer, sprinted faster...like in every category Jesse surpassed gronks numbers... but even WITH pads was easily taken down no struggle in the oklahoma drill
