      Better to take protein through natural protein rich food sources like dals, chole, rajma, chana, sattu, soybean, sprouts, peanuts, nuts and seeds. If not able to add such foods on daily basis you can go for plant based protein powder form HKvitals, Myprotein etc. as per your likings. Hope this helps:)

    Mam in 15 days I lost 5 kg but 79 to 75 kg but now it is stuck on 75 kg from the last 17 days and I have been following the same diet mam so now should I follow the same diet or a different one?

      That's great! If your weight is stuck now, that means you have reached a weight loss plateau. I would advise you to go for plateau breaking diet plan under the guidance of a certified dietitian. Hope this helps:)

    I'm disagree with her bcz it almost 5 year i avoid dairy products,sugary foods,fast food and all this this but my acne as it is but after 2 week i consume dairy products,white bread but there is no new acne from last 2 week
