This is a MUST see ! Especially for those who work out & are on low carb, high protein diets. A fantastic very scientific explanation with tips on easy home benefits !
One easy home way I had read about was to julienne fresh tender ginger & fill a jar with it & squeeze fresh lemon juice over it & shake( the ginger turns pinkish) eating this in small portions like a pickle with meals like the Japanese do is very efficient in creating the right amount of stomach acids & enzymes to digest proteins it also helps with reducing bloating & acidity.

@Luke thank you much!! What can be done on managing very high metabolic rates that is ending up keeping people thinner that needed even if they eat well?

Just 1 correction- the enzyme is proh-tee-ayz. Also I am allergic to kiwi and am diabetic so mango and pineapple are poison acc to dr( although I love both) any suggestions? Have been eating ginger a lot though so that’s good. Also raw foods especially salads are a huge problem in India due unclean water being used to grow them and eggs etc leading to worms( iv had this issue 3 times despite washing them well)
