I'm 61 , picked up guitar when i was 9. This is not the easiest song ever 😊 Strumming and right hand string muting is tricky. Plus there's multiple guitars simultaneously on the record with open tunings , 12 strings. Hard to make the chords out by ear. But thanks to TH-cam And videos like this im now playing it better 😁
I've been learning a couple of notes on the guitar the past week, but havent really tried to play anything. I just found this video and after about 30 minutes of trying I've got it down. Now I just need to work on playing it faster and I will be good. Thank you so much for this video! It is so easy to follow, and even though I dont know the song it's simple. yes in the chorus it's definitely a major, you can hear it. I picked this song up by ear (who couldn't) back in 74 when I was 14 and it got me interested in America. At my seventh grade open mic night I played "Sand Man" and "Never Found the Time" and got a standing ovation.

Yes it is the easiest, especially when you only played half of the chords dude. You showed the verse progression very well. The chorus progression is on the lower side of the fret board on the same fret. Four counts on the D string and the High E string, then bring your fingers together for the same number of counts on the G and B string all the way through the chorus. Give it a whirl and try not to smile too wide on your new found chorus progression. You're welcome!
So I have a guitalele that I took to a music shop and this nice guy tuned it like a guitar and the strings didn’t get flappy at all it sounds really nice almost like a classic guitar now, I know how to play 4 chords on the guitar and that’s it lol, but thanks to you I know how to play my first song now, I’ve been playing it the whole day lol. The easiest song to play is Jigsaw Puzzle by the Rolling Stones where you play an e shape b on the 8th fret with the e b and high e open slide down to play an e shape a on the 6th fret with the same strings again open then down to an e shape f# on the 3rd fret and then an e on the 1st fret. The chorus is just this reversed.
Just a tip, change your tab/chord layout so that it descends from the low E - A - D etc... It would make the chords easier to visualize beside the fretboard

Alot of comments asked for strumming patterns... I you have a sense of rhythm it WILL come to you. Hint: slow it down. Don't play it as fast in the beginning like he does. Speed it up a little at a time.👍 Good luck 👍
