I’m sticking to my black rice water, coffee and tea rinses. I mix them with aloe vera juice and acv. My hair is thriving. I will also use onion water as a pre-poo treatment to help grow my edges back. I eat healthier and drink more water as well. It’s more important to eat healthier and drink more water than anything you can put on your hair.

I agree. Don't forget to nourish the inside of your. I think that may be that may be reason some of us (including myself) aren't seeing the wanted results after doing all the external hair remedies. Also, ladies let's drink more water and limit the soda and other sugary drinks.

I may just stick to the onion diy and maybe try black rice diy.

I have been watching rice water videos for a while, but since I only had forbidden rice I was reluctant to try it, two weeks ago I decided to give it a go, so I mixed the rice water and fenugreek seeds to make the water and added Aloe Vera juice. My hair is currently in a protective style, I did notice that I have great new growth. I also added fenugreek powder to my Shea Moisture hair creme. Will keep you posted once I take my hair out next week to wash it.

I had to give black rice water a good go before commenting. I have 12 yo locs and suffer from alopecia areata. Since 13 yo. I only have a small bald patch at my hairline on the right. My other larger patches on both sides are full of hair. However they do not grow more than mm. I tried brw to see if it helps. I have had a little more length. But I have noticed that its excellent at building protein in to the actual locs. I just don't understand why my patches seem stuck short. They used to grow back normally. But have both just been short for years. I was really hoping this might help. I dermaroll and use nutrients internally. I honestly am at the end of my tether. AA is such an unpredictable disorder. I appreciate your videos. I just can't seem to find the key. Although I believe my hair growth cycle is at fault thanks to your help

Last year I was doing fermented brown and white rice water rinses about every two to three weeks. I noticed that my hair became dry, brittle and snapped like uncooked spaghetti! So I stopped them and tried tea rinses with Ayurvedic herbs. I'm low porosity with fine stands btw. I'm not protein sensitive, but I guess that the rice water rinses were too much protein for me.

Hello!!! I rewatched this and your other rice water videos because I was looking for some information on quinoa water. You mentioned the possibility of making a video on quinoa water. Did you ever do that? If so... which one?... if not, are you still interested in doing that? Cheers! And thanks so much for your REAL explanations. Greatly appreciated!!

Hi so I like to binge on your videos 🤦‍♀️ Could you perhaps do a video on Onion Juice treatment? I use in every 2weeks on wash day but I would like to hear your learned opinion❤️
    Onion Juice:
    One brown onion
    2 garlic cloves
    Cayenne pepper
I blend the onion and garlic. Strain the juice than add the pepper.

Hey, thank you for this video. How do you prepare the black rice water. I also wonder if that colors your hair. I would like to use it to cover the few grey hairs I got, if possible. 😊

Awesome, awesome content! I just wanted to find out if once you start using it, you'd have to continue it or if your hair growth would then reverse if you stopped using it

You'll see an increase, but if you stop your growth rate will go back to normal.

Interesting I seen a black rice oil on shelf this past weekend and was skeptical about the purchase . (Lack of knowledge) excellent video time to try

First let me say, I love your videos, they are intelligent and science based, thank you so much. Are you using black rice water as a rinse or leave in?
