P.M.P sounds like another version of the L.O.C or L.C.O method etc. I love the way u delivered your knowledge to us non chemists without making it boring or too long. U made it straight to the point & easy to gather. Thanks!

I have fine, high porosity hair. My favorite butter is mango butter. To moisturize my hair I spray with water, apply a leave in conditioner or cream moisturizer, then apply an oil or a butter. My hair loves it! I’m def taking some mango butter on the cruise 💜

My custom blend is equal parts cocoa butter, Shea butter, mango butter, and coconut oil. That's the butter I'd bring. Technically it's still one butter.

Just five minutes ago bought 5lbs of Shea butter and then saw this video pop and was like NOOOOOOO! Immediate buyers remorse before even viewing it, thinking you would recommend something else. My hair literally changes the second I put Shea butter on it! It immediately softens my hair and smooths down my frizz. I loveee it!!
Ladies just an FYI a lot of the shea butters that claim to be USDA certified aren’t! I was double checking through the USDA integrity database to verify claims. Sharing for those of you who care...

Hey Helen, if your hair loves shea butter, girl use that thing!! Ain't nothing wrong with shea, I love shea too! Don't feel bad about that 5lb bag, always use what works for you! :-)

blueangel1985 I don’t mind at all...I ordered from a company called Mary Tylor Naturals, it’s my first time ordering so I can’t speak on quality. I just know they were certified on USDAs integrity site. They are on amazon but their site has more options and the shipping was the same price so I just ordered directly from there. However, what I can stand by is my fav company to get herbs, oils and butters is Mountain Rose Herb, their shipping (If order is under $75) is hefty but otherwise their quality is awesome and I appreciate the companies integrity. You can visit their site and read up on their fair trade practices and all their organic certifications. I do not work for them lol. I’ve just been a fan for years :)
I would have ordered from them but due to Covid-19 they are closed. I hope that helps!

I must say your channel is very necessary. There are so may trends/routines out there for the natural hair community, but you explain and break it down to us. You putting the time to educate us can help someone figure out what works for their hair, instead of trying to guess what they must do to maintain length. AND I LOVE HOW YOUR VIDOES GET TO THE POINT! THEY ARE NOT UNNECESSARY LONG, but you explain everything in less than 10 minutes. Oh wow!!!! I am really loving the vibes of uour channel! And I also love the idea of the P&P method. I feel that my hair's porosity (LOW LOW LOW) and my texture (kinky) are reasons why the loc method and other variations as well as moisturizing and sealing methods are reasons why my hair always felt dry. Due to the chemical structure of penetrating products and non penetrating products, i feel that this makes sense: penetrating product, moisturize, non penetrating product! I'm gonna try it! Thank you again!!!
And I love butters, but I don't have an absolute favorite for my hair.
Soooo....I will have to say peanut butter lol. But shea butter and cocoa butter are amazing for my skin. You all be blessed and thank you again!!!❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤗🤗🤗

Thank you so much for sharing. I have had dry hair for a long time.. snap, crackle and pop... Lots of people have told me try this and that or their natural hair product? Only to find out it did nothing for my hair. Just because it is all natural does not mean it is the right chemistry for my hair. Everybody has a formula for their hair and you have saved me from wasting more money on products that do not work for my hair texture. I now understand what I have been doing wrong. I had no real understanding of how some of these moisturizers + oils + butters + porosity. Based on porosity of my hair I can make an informed decision about the combination that works best. Thank you !!!!!!

I'm low porosity & I recently started using butters on my hair just before putting it in twists or mini braids & I can say my hair is getting stronger.
Oils on scalp, butters on hair.💯😁

A video can never be short enough for me. I need to reclaim my time throughout the day.
But I find your videos the absolute best and always end up listening to the whole thing. Love how the YT Community as a whole share great facts, techniques and experiences. Blessings🕊🎼🌝
