Have you read Waid's run? Would be curious to know if you enjoyed that more. Interested in checking out FF and trying to decide if Waid or Hickman's the place to start.
I’m not really a big FF guy so I haven’t read the Waid run. These books were my first time reading FF and I was generally able to follow along with the story pretty well
Also not into the Inhumans,great review. I might pick these up,but right now aiming for Volume one and two of John Byrnes FF Omni run.
Yeah I wouldn’t consider this a must-buy. Don’t get me wrong, this was pretty fun and I’m glad I experienced it, but it’s not something I see myself revisiting anytime soon. Interested to try that Avengers series though
Are your books two different printings? Wondering why the spines don't match up and wondered if that's why. OR, maybe only the DM's match and standard's match?
Both of these volumes are the 2021 printings, but they were not printed at the same printer. I feel like I remember people complaining about the spine mismatch back when these were released
I feel you about the inhumans. I'm reading through my FF silver age epics and the inhumans stuff is skipable to me
Yeah, I just can’t get into them. Which sucks because you’d think a superpowered race living on the moon shouldn’t be boring, but alas… 😶

Yeah that is for sure an idea I’ve been considering for the future. I would just need to determine the best way of recording it 🙂

I was torn between these two or the two American Vampire omnis. I think I’ll get the American Vamp ones first because I’m not a huge FF fan
