FYI for anyone that doesn't have alcohol or shaving cream like me.. I mixed 7 drops of laundry detergent to a cup of warm water into a spray bottle. I sprayed it on the spots until wet and rubbed it with a white washcloth in an upwards motion (not rubbing it down and into the carpet). Took out my Urban Decay Blackout eyeshadow crumbles like magic!

It kinda works, I just tried it and it lightened it but it’s not completely gone. I could see this working tho cause this stain has been here for years so it’s probably harder to get out

Just used this on black eye shadow on a light green carpet. It was a 24 hour stain that I didn’t realize was there until now. I happened to have the same exact shaving cream and used 70% alcohol. Worked great!!!!!

If you dont have these just use fairy liquid and Luke warm water it makes the stain a lot less visible
