Hanging a door properly is one of those things that seems easy till you try to do it. Then it seems damn near impossible.

As a locksmith that has worked on 4+ ton vault doors. Hanging a door is a genuine skill don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
A properly adjusted vault door should be able to be moved with just 2 fingers of pressure. It all comes down to the hinges, if you're hinges aren't right you door won't hang or swing right.
