2:00 My batter didn’t turn out like this at all. I followed the recipe exactly, still mine was too crumbly and too much dry. Did anyone else faced this issue? The cookies were tasty, but that wasn’t lady fingers. 😂 If I try this recipe again, I will either cut down some flour or add more milk.
@@Shashi_baked.delights True. But I always use the same brand of flour for all the baking recipes, and never had too much consistency differences before. Either way clearly something went wrong. Sadly, mine was no where near the consistency of @1:58. Mine was like a stiff dough almost similar to @1:57 in this video. So I ended up with adding lots of milk. Maybe I need to try it again. Maybe it’s one of those complex recipes that looks easy but needs practices to get it right.
This was my first time making them and they were perfect, had the best tiramisu.

flour needs more water Some times it happens your flour is different from her
