I have made this recipe a number of times and have realized that there’s no need of any sugar in the filling because ladyfinger biscuits are already sweet, the cream is sweet too, so unless you really like too sweet, don’t put any sugar. My family and friends can never tell if I put sugar or no.
the purpose of this recipe is to make the mascarpone cream filling egg free as the traditional way of making tiramisu is using raw egg yolks in the cream filling. also if you like to make it completely egg free, you can use eggless lady fingers. hope this helps :)

Most people don't have a kitchen aid so for most the video is useless
You don't need to have a kitchen aid mixer to make this recipe . Hand mixers also work perfectly .
